On behalf of the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF), we warmly invite you to join us in making a lasting impact on 29 Jun 2025 in our upcoming Charity TV Show, 心手相连献爱心 Resilient Hearts – Singapore Heart Foundation 55th Anniversary Charity Show.
In Singapore, 23 individuals succumb to cardiovascular disease (CVD) every day. Behind these numbers are parents, siblings and friends—loved ones whose absence leaves a void that can never truly be filled. Yet, amidst the weight of these statistics, there is hope. Heart disease is often preventable, and together, we can help rewrite the stories of families before tragedy strikes.
This year marks 55 years of SHF’s journey, one defined by resilience, commitment and a steadfast belief in the importance of collective action. Over the decades, we have worked tirelessly to empower individuals and communities to take charge of their heart health. Through prevention, rehabilitation and resuscitation initiatives, we aim to reduce the physical, emotional and economic burden of CVD, nurturing a society that is not only healthier, but also stronger, more compassionate and more resilient.
Our Goal
Through the Charity TV Show, we aim to raise $4 million to fuel our mission of saving lives and creating a healthier Singapore. These funds will:
- Drive awareness campaigns to inspire lifestyle changes and early action.
- Provide financial assistance to underprivileged individuals and families facing heart-related challenges.
- Support SHF’s holistic programmes to promote healthier hearts across the nation.
