In celebration of the 55th anniversary of the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF), JR Fitness is honoured to offer you a unique opportunity to stay active while doing your part for charity. Class Description:
K-Kardio Dance stands for Kpop Cardio Dance workout. It is a one hour non-stop workout to Kpop hit music.
K-Kardio Dance incorporates simplified MTV moves with a variety of fitness and dance elements like Aerobics, Kickboxing, Hip Hop, Pilates, HIIT, etc. It is fun, engaging and intense. It is suitable for participants of all ages, with or without dance background. The intensity can be varied according to individual preferences.
