Moss Photo Frame Workshop
by the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore
In this workshop, participants will create a unique photo frame using preserved moss, guided through every step of the way to design their own botanical art piece. The completed frame is a sustainable creation that is perfect for displaying personal photos.
This workshop highlights one's resilience through sustainable art, showing how nature’s beauty can endure a rough environment. By creating a piece of art with preserved moss, participants celebrate sustainability and the importance of nurturing both nature and self, and learn how the environment can help to foster a resilient heart.

Create & Craft Workshop

Singapore Fashion Runway (SFR) is a social enterprise that empowers people with special needs and disadvantaged groups through its Fashion for a Social Cause movement. In 2 hours, participants will choose two out of three unique craft projects, diving into various art techniques to create one-of-a-kind art pieces they can proudly take home.
Crafting encourages self-expression, mindfulness and relaxation—key components of a resilient heart. By dedicating time to creating something with their hands, participants find their inner resilience and sense of accomplishment.

Sustainable Urban Farming Workshop
by Everything Green
Everything Green is a social enterprise aimed at educating the public on the benefits of growing sustainable food through microgreens. This hands-on workshop introduces participants to growing microgreens in small spaces. Participants will learn sustainable techniques and the heart-health benefits of incorporating these nutrient-dense greens into their daily meals.
Growing microgreens promotes sustainable farming practices as well as healthier eating habits, which contribute to better heart health. Participants are empowered to cultivate resilience through conscious, heart-healthy choices right from their homes.

“Soft Tissue, Hard Design” Workshop
by the Singapore Association for Mental Health
The Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is dedicated to promoting mental well-being for all. Through creative workshops such as “Soft Tissue, Hard Design,” SAMH uses art to encourage mental and emotional well-being across communities. Participants will create designs on cards by cutting out, crumpling, and dyeing tissues. Meaningful messages to loved ones can then be written on these cards.
The workshop is thought-provoking as participants reflect on their thoughts while making these personalised, heartfelt creations.
This workshop harnesses therapeutic benefits of art to help build emotional resilience and promote mental health. Through creating and reflecting, participants are empowered to cultivate inner strength and connectedness, both essential for a resilient heart and mind.
